Detailed checklists are created and monitored by your dedicated on-site loaction manager, based on each locations needs, to ensure that our services are being applied effectively and efficiently. All of our team members are trained to:
- Wipe and polish all inside windows and glass
- Dust and disinfect all ledges and surfaces
- Sweep, vacuum, mop and disinfect all flooring
- Refill all disposable janitorial supplies (including but not limited to: toilet paper, paper towels, disposable air fresheners, gym wipes, etc.)

Amenity cleaning services can be requested by area, and how often that area needs to be cleaned. Commonly requested amenity areas can include:
- Gym and Recreation Areas

*Services can be requested anywhere from 1-5 days a week, or bi-weekly, to maximize efficiency. Apartment Cleaning Company recommends cleaning most amenities twice a week.
